Position Description

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative leadership forthe President & CEO. The Assistant represents and supports the President & CEO consistently and professionally to all internal and external constituents.
This position requires the ability to use good judgment, make independent decisions, and
timely communications. It will include budget management, meeting logistics, scheduling,
agenda preparation, basic human resources duties, and liaison to the information technology contractors. Duties are highly confidential and require comprehensive knowledge of the International Community Foundation’s management policies, procedures, and operations.

Goodwill’s Aftermarket Facility in Otay Mesa is now hiring!

(1) Full-Time Assistant Manager (Outlet) (starting at $18/hr.)
Assists the Operations Manager in the daily Outlet operations. Daily duties will include management functions, opening/closing, overseeing production operations, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to staff. Able to assume responsibility for daily operations, including revenue and production goals, employee relations, wage and hour compliance, and administrative duties in the absence of the Operations Manager.

(1) Supervisor – Aftermarket (starting at $16/hr.)
Assists the management team in the daily operations of the store. Daily duties will include some management functions, opening/closing store, overseeing production/retail operations, ensuring themselves/staff follows all policies and procedures. Oversee the auction process, docks, and product flow.

(1) Full-Time Warehouse Processor III/Key Holder (Starting at $15/hr.)
(1) Full-Time Warehouse Processor II ($14/hr.; changing to $14.50/hr. on 1/1/21)
(3) Full-Time & (2) Part-Time Warehouse Processors I ($13.50/hr.; changing to $14/hr. on 1/1/21)
Understands the facility operation including, product flow, sorting, operating the register, auctions, dock area, and provides excellent customer service. Process various recycling materials per our guidelines.

Customer Service Rep/ Multitask

CELER LOGISTICS

Transportation Company in Otay Mesa, CA is seeking a Customer Service Rep/ Multitask. The ideal candidate will be personable, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service/Logistics role.

Primary Tasks:

– Answer phone calls
– Collect customer information & book appointments with high level of accuracy
– Ensure customer database is up-to-date.
– Act as liaison between fleet driver’s team and customers with clear communication
– Develop and maintain customer relationships
– Outbound follow up calls to existing customers
– Booking loads through broker’s portal

Qualifications:

– Minimum 1 years’ experience in dispatching

– On call/ work remotely is a must
