This Job Description establishes and describes the duties, authority and responsibilities of the Trade Compliance Support Associate at Casas International Brokerage.

The basic function of the Trade Compliance Support Associate is to support Trade Compliance Manager on all import and export transactions with Commerce and State Department jurisdictions on behalf of a customer’s doing International Trade.

The TC Associate must have experience of interacting effectively with external partners and government agencies responsible for trade compliance operations. The role requires prior experience in import/operations, and the candidate must demonstrate knowledge of customs requirements, and import licensing, economic sanctions, and classification requirements.
