Functions:

 

  • The core function is to enter and update information into systems, often involving converting raw data into a structured format
  • Data entry requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure the information is entered correctly, minimizing errors. 
  • Strong typing skills are essential for efficiently inputting large volumes of data. 
  • Familiarity with data entry software like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or specific database software is crucial. 
  • While not always a primary skill, effective communication may be needed for clarifying data discrepancies or collaborating with others. 
  • Data entry professionals often handle sensitive information and must adhere to data security and confidentiality protocols. 

Qualifications:

 

The person should have the following credentials:

 

  • Minimum experience of 2 years in similar position.
  • Excellent Knowledge and understanding of 3 PL process/ procedure
  • Good understanding of inventory control process/procedure
  • Superior skills on windows packages are A must for this job.
  • Ability to read, write and speak the English and Spanish 100%
  • Positive work ethic and attitude.
  • Ability to work under high-stress
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends as need it

 

  • Rate $18.00 - $22.00 hr
