Functions:
- The core function is to enter and update information into systems, often involving converting raw data into a structured format
- Data entry requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure the information is entered correctly, minimizing errors.
- Strong typing skills are essential for efficiently inputting large volumes of data.
- Familiarity with data entry software like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or specific database software is crucial.
- While not always a primary skill, effective communication may be needed for clarifying data discrepancies or collaborating with others.
- Data entry professionals often handle sensitive information and must adhere to data security and confidentiality protocols.
Qualifications:
The person should have the following credentials:
- Minimum experience of 2 years in similar position.
- Excellent Knowledge and understanding of 3 PL process/ procedure
- Good understanding of inventory control process/procedure
- Superior skills on windows packages are A must for this job.
- Ability to read, write and speak the English and Spanish 100%
- Positive work ethic and attitude.
- Ability to work under high-stress
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as need it
- Rate $18.00 - $22.00 hr
