The Market Research Analyst will analyze market data to segment markets, channels and clients to determine resource business priorities and objectives.
Assist with the development of an annual business plan.
Prepare budget and forecasts annually, quarterly and monthly.
Study economic and statistical data on Mexican and specific Latin American countries' employment patterns and trends and assist in identifying the company's position in that marketplace.
Identify key industry leading companies with multi-cultural workforce and/or diversity programs.
Research and investigate target companies' performance, expansion and growth strategies. 
Analyze markets and competitive pricing for recruitment, training, coaching, and Human Resource Consulting to define and implement the company's fee structure.
