ASSOCIATE TEACHERS

REQUIREMENTS:

HS diploma - equivalent

12 units Early Childhood Education or Child Development

CA Child Development Associate Teacher Permit or CA Child Develepment (CDA) Credential

PREFERRED:

Bilingual Spa/Eng

1 yr Head Start experience in classroom setting

1 yr preschool experience w children in classroom

LEAD TEACHER EHS

REQUIREMENTS:

HS diploma - equivalent

12 units Early Childhood Education (ECE)

3 units in infant/toddler course work

1 yr experience w children 0-3 years old in a child care setting

PREFERRED:

Bilingual Spa/Eng

LEAD TEACHER I

REQUIREMENTS:

AA Degree with emphasis in Early Childhood Education or Child Development

Minimun of (24) units in early childhood ed (ECE)

1 year supervised student teaching or 1 yr experience teaching preschool age children

ADDITIONAL:

Must have State of CA Child Development Associate Level Permit or Child Development

Associate (CDA) Permit

Valid CPR, First Aid & Food Handlers must be obtain within the first 2 months.

LEAD TEACHER II

REQUIREMENTS:

BA Degree with emphasis in Early Childhood Education or Child Development
