Functions:

• Ensuring that products are handled, stored, and shipped with the highest standards of care is essential to maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Cross-checking items against the packing list to ensure accuracy.
• Properly labeling items to match the descriptions on the packing list.
• Keeping detailed records of matched items for accountability.
• Regular audits to identify and rectify discrepancies. Qualifications
• Detailed guidelines on how to inspect products for defects and discrepancies.
• Efficient handling of materials to prevent damage.
• Comprehensive record-keeping to track inspections, findings, and corrective actions.
• Ongoing training programs to ensure that all staff are knowledgeable about QC procedures.

The person should have the following credentials:

• Minimum experience of 3 years in similar position.
• Excellent Knowledge and understanding of 3 PL process/ procedure
• Good understanding of inventory control process/procedure
• Superior skills on windows packages are A must for this job.
• Ability to read, write and speak the English and Spanish 100%
• Positive work ethic and attitude.
• Ability to work under high-stress
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as need it

Rate: $20.00 -  $25.00 hr
