Regarding the ACF regulations, here are the links to the adopted regulations (High Priority and Drayage-Maritime and Rail Yard Truck Operators) and our intention is not to summarize them but to point out new information we acquired and/or clarifications on the drayage and high priority ruling, which are the ones of interest to our community.
