Proposed Revisions for I-94 Permit

After learning from CBP that Arizona is petitioning a geographic extension of the travel zone where an I-94 permit would not be required, the Chamber, along with our partners at the San Diego Regional Chamber, Smart Border Coalition and San Ysidro Chamber, petitioned to exclude travelers going to Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside and Imperial Counties from the I-94 permit in an effort to promote travel and tourism and to free up CBP staff to focus on inspection and border efficiency.
